Yes we do our best to be sustainable step by step. We use tubes made of 100% recycled plastic. We are very proud that as a small business we oould do this just 1 year after our launch. Our lab and our packaging company are located in the Netherlands, so we work locally.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders in the Netherlands have next day delivery during weekdays. Deliveries in Europe can take 2-4 days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere 6-10 days. You will receive a track an trace.

If you provide an incorrect address and your package is returned to our warehouse, we can reship your order after receiving a payment of €7.95 for NL. Please note that our actual costs are even higher. We incur the cost of the original shipping, return fees charged to us, and the warehouse handling fees for processing the return.
As a small company, it's challenging when this happens frequently, and we kindly ask for your
understanding that we cannot reship the package for free. If you choose not to have the package resent, we will refund your order, minus €7.95 for NL to cover for a part of the costs.
If we make a mistake or if the transport company does, we will always cover all costs and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
SHIPPING
The cut off time is 22:00 (10:00 pm).
Orders before 22:00 will be dispatched the same day. There is next day delivery for the Netherlands, but keep mind that it can be busy for DHL and there can be a delay.

If you are located outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes as required by your local government. Unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control and separate from the shipping costs. They are government-imposed fees that apply when importing goods from abroad, and every country handles this differently. Check you local import and tax law if you have any concerns.
Unused and unopened products can be returned. To initiate a return, please email us for the return form and address. Please note, return shipping costs will be at your own expense. After we receive your order it can take 2-3 business days to arrange the refund. Please also check the track and trace if the order s delivered correctly to the warehouse. The return proces is at your. costs and risks.
