I really wanted to like this, and it does work well, but I find the scent barely tolerable. As someone who *loves* scented hair products (Oaui, Kevin Murphy, BB, Ouidad, Aveda, etc.), I was disappointed that the scent is nauseatingly cloying. It smells like grape or berry cough syrup, but thankfully, it seems to dissipate after a while. Since I live in the US, I ordered two bottles of the gel that I will probably use, but doubtful I will reorder - which is a bummer as I have several friends who love it, and it works decently well for my troublesome curls and scalp.
