Why did we develop Pretty Skin?

Why did we develop Pretty Skin?

A Mother's Journey to Healing.

I am not only the owner and founder of Pretty Curly Girl Products. I am not only a curly woman. I am also a mother (daughter is 6 years now)

As a mother, there is nothing more heartbreaking than seeing your child in discomfort. My journey with eczema began when my child was diagnosed with this persistent skin condition. The itching, redness, and irritation became a daily struggle, affecting not only my child's comfort but also our overall quality of life. Despite trying numerous treatments, both over-the-counter and prescription, nothing seemed to provide lasting relief. I will not ly I also used the steroids creams, even knowing how bad hey are.

Determined to find a solution, I delved into research, seeking a natural remedy that could soothe my child's sensitive skin. This journey led me to discover the incredible benefits of oat. I would give my child Oat Baths so that her skin would calm. Oat is known for their anti-inflammatory and moisturizing properties, oats have been used for centuries to treat various skin conditions.

As its imposible to give your child an Oat Bath all day long and to be sure that I used an Oat Cream that was really really high in concentration and with no nasties, I started with this developing proces.

After a long time of experimentation and countless batches, I finally developed a formula that worked and I am proud that i can say its really 99.5% all natural and entirely vegan.

What does the cream do?
The results were astounding. Not only did it soothe my child's skin, but it also significantly reduced the frequency and severity of flare-ups. The gentle, nourishing properties of oat oil helped to hydrate and protect the skin, while the natural extracts worked to calm irritation and reduce inflammation.

This cream is more than just a product; it's a testament to the power of natural ingredients and a mother's love. I wanted to create something that other parents could rely on, a solution that was safe, effective, and aligned with a commitment to natural living. Being 99.5% natural and vegan and no parfum making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin.

Creating this cream has been a labor of love, driven by the desire to provide relief and comfort to those suffering from eczema. Seeing my child's skin heal and their confidence grow has been the greatest reward. Now, I am excited to share this product with other families, hoping it can bring the same relief and happiness to their lives.

"I want to be completely transparent: there is currently no cure for eczema, and this cream is not a cure either. However, the relief it provides is remarkable, and it significantly reduces the cycle of scratching and the development of new eczema."

Join me on this journey towards natural healing. Together, we can embrace the power of nature and find solace in knowing that relief is possible. Thank you for being a part of this story, and I hope that this cream brings as much comfort to your family as it has to mine.
