How to Use for Maximum Volume & Definition
Step 1: Start With Wet Hair
After conditioning with Intense Moisture Deep Conditioner or 1 Minute Miracle Detangler, ensure your hair is soaking wet for optimal foam distribution.
Step 2: Apply Leave-In (Optional)
For extra moisture, apply Leave-in Conditioner first. For fine hair that needs maximum volume, skip the leave-in and use foam alone.
Step 3: Dispense Foam
Shake the bottle well. Dispense a golf ball to tennis ball-sized amount of foam into your palms (amount depends on hair length and thickness). The foam will feel light and airy.
Step 4: Apply to Wet Hair
Distribute foam evenly through wet hair using the praying hands method or scrunching upward from ends to roots. Work in sections for even coverage. Focus on roots if you want extra lift and volume.
Step 5: Encourage Curl Formation
Scrunch hair upward to encourage curl clumping and definition. The foam will help curls form into defined spirals.
Step 6: Don't Touch While Drying
Allow hair to air dry completely or use a diffuser on low heat with the diffuser cup tilted upward to maximize volume at the roots. Do not touch your hair while it dries.
Step 7: Scrunch Out the Cast (If Needed)
Once hair is 100% dry, gently scrunch to release any light cast and reveal soft, bouncy, voluminous curls.
Pro Tip: For extra hold and definition, layer this foam under Magical Flaxseed Gel or Flexible Hold Gel. Apply foam first, then gel on top for maximum definition with volume.

Om mijn krullen te verzorgen en stylen zijn dit de enige producten die ik wil blijven gebruiken, aangeraden door mijn krullenkapper. Qua prijs wel in het duurdere segment, maar bij de drogist nog geen goedkoper alternatief gevonden die kwalitatief even goed is.

Mijn haar golfde altijd, maar met de tips hoe ze te wassen en de curly girl methode om ze te stylen, zijn het hele mooie dikke krullen. De foam zorgt ervoor dat ze tot de avond blijven en de krullen zacht aanvoelen. Er is geen plakkerig gevoel zoals bij andere merken. Oh en hij ruikt heel goed :-)
De juiste routine kan inderdaad echt het verschil maken voor je krullende lokken! Super leuk om te lezen dat het zo goed voor je werkt.
Door het jaren blonderen van mijn haar werden mijn krullen heel erg droog, sinds ik deze producten gebruik zijn mijn haren herstellende en mooier als ooit. Ik wil echt niets anders meer ! Ik gebruik de shampoo, de leave in de flaxseed gel en de foam en mijn haar leeft terug ! Heel erg blij mee

Ik ben blij met de foam. Moet nog een beetje zoeken naar de hoeveelheid wat ik moet gebruiken. Ik heb wavy haar en mijn krullen zakken vaak na een paar uur helemaal uit. Ik heb hierdoor nog al eens de neiging te veel "spullen" te gebruiken waardoor mijn haar gelijk weer niet lekker zit en niet meer glanst, alsnog geen krullen mooi vasthoud en wassen weer de enige oplossing is. Weet nog niet of dit DE oplossing voor styling is of dat ik het toch bij de flaxeedgel in combi met een gel houd. Het is nog even zoeken.

Fijn om te horen dat je blij bent met de foam. We begrijpen heel goed dat het even zoeken kan zijn naar de juiste hoeveelheid, zeker bij wavy haar waarbij de krul snel kan uitzakken.
Wat je beschrijft over te veel product gebruiken is heel herkenbaar, bij dit haartype werkt vaak juist minder product beter om het haar luchtig en veerkrachtig te houden.

I bought this product after my hair salon recommended it for my hair type. When I finished it, I decided to try some cheaper alternatives to save money. After testing what feels like half the products out there, I’ve come back to Pretty Curly Girl and reordered all their styling products(and some new stuff to try), including this foam, because honestly, it’s worth the investment.
I’ve never used anything that defines my curls like this foam does. I have a mix of 3A and 3B curls, but my hair is very soft, and the curls tend to lose their shape quickly. With the Flaxseed Foam and the Chia Seed Strong Hold Gel, my hair looks amazing and stays that way for days.
Highly recommend this brand, especially the Flaxseed Foam and Chia Seed Strong Hold Gel!

Ik gebruik al ruim 2 jaar CG producten en was nieuwsgierig naar het resultaat van PCG. De geur van alle producten is echt heerlijk. Over het resultaat ben ik minder tevreden. Mijn haar heeft minder volume en meer kroes dan normaal. Jammer, want de hele set totaal was niet voordelig.
